I have looked here:

It appears that the vertical and horizontal elements share -
so that neither is perfectly in either plain - and I am 
guessing
that the "spare" half-elements are unused.

It is unclear is both the horizontal are driven at the same 
time
or is one is expected to choose between them.

Interesting design and excellent marketing presentation - I
remain uncertain of the probable performance.

For $199. a 5el 6M beam serving both CW/SSB & FM in the
correct polarization for each on a 9 foot boom appears to be a
real good deal!

Note:  The QTH posting says the boom is 11.6 feet -- I have
e-mailed to request clarification.
