This is useful news that I missed:

TYPO:  "If you where already a member of the Six Meter Club 
Please fill out"

Suggestion: "where" should be "were", need a comma after 
"Club", and "Please"
be "please".

Sorry - the person who edits my stuff made me this way ...  :-/
