That's when you get an ACC Shackmaster 100, tie it to a Kenwood TS680 or
TS60 or similar Kenwood with 6 on it, and have a LONG "conference call" :)
OR you do what I did...you put your backup rig at the office.....being the
IT/Telecom guy, I can do that (stringing the 160-10mtr all band dipole with
the ladder line feed to the tuner on the roof was hard to explain but I said
it was for emergency communications during hurricanes...hey worked for
me!)..and my SM100 is on a DID extn so I can call it from home 20 miles
away...except that puts me in a different grid square :(

Six has been open up here some in Minnesota, too.
The laws of physics require that I be at work and away from a radio for Es
on six, however.
