Hi Guys now that the E season on 6m is just about over for this summer I was wondering how everyone did during this years 6M E season?Just curious on how much DX you worked or how many new grids you got during the summer.Do you have a high light contact or rare DX that you might have worked? 
Here in EN82 the E Season got off to a slow start but by the end of may and early June the band opened almost every day.One of the better openings occurred on June 26, the band opened to the UK big time, it reminded me of the F2 Prop I worked during cycle 23 peak !! Their where stations all up and down the band from across the big pond. One of my high light contacts was working ZB3B I've been trying to work him for the last couple of years now and finally got him in the log this summer.
Another good contact was working Greenland OX3KQ on june23.Well here is my totals for this year on 6m. 
21 new grids
3 new countries
32 different countries
I re worked 3 grids I still need.
I haven't worked that many new grids in years I usually get around 10 or 12 new ones a E Season,so getting 21 new ones was great, that put me at 599 grids worked on 6m.
I have a very small station on 6m I run a 100w into a 4 element yagi@ 48ft.All my contacts are on ssb I don't do CW yet !!
