Larsen NMO150s, uncut work the entire 6m band with below 2:1 SWR...if you
have a Hustler HF antenna, the mast works on 6m as is......with or without
the resonators on it :)

MFJ makes a no frills dual band 2M/6M NMO base antenna that works just fine
on the FM end of the band..
I don't know the model number, IIRC it was in the neighborhood of $ 30 - $
40. & is virtually indestructible..
I also use a 6M hamstick in a ball mount with a quick disconnect (To remove
antenna for parking garages, etc.) that fits the bill for SSB, not ideal,
but gets the job done for short range communications..
For those with big budgets, Diamond & Comet have several models that are
multiband with folding feature, these work best roof mounted & would require
a duplexer or tri-plexer depending upon other frequencies used..
For field use, it's hard to beat a M2 6M HO Loop mounted with a quick
disconnect ball mount for SSB distance results.. (Modeling that comes with
the antenna show a low angle spread in all directions at 20 - 30 ft high.).
