[SixClub] HF radio problem

Good Morning All: Hope you got the coffee on this morning for it is a 
good thing ha..
I posted some information yesterday and it did not work, to the WW6m 
Club on a problem my friend Larry has with his HF rig. It did not work 
so I am going to re type it out from here for him.
( Larry) My HF radio has quit working, It is a Kenwood TS 850S, What it 
seems to be doing is the transmit stays going but no bar signal output 
showing except the air light stays lit  dimly. If you transmit the light 
comes on bright. I can hear no noise & no signal is showing.
Has anyone had any experience in this happing??.
Anyplace to send the unit for repair that don't cost the big $$., or 
anyplace you might know of that is good for repair.
