Hi All
Greeting from Calgary DO20,21,30,31
Lots of good ideas
Here we have a channel 2 so it is more of a source of interference. HI
Our local repeater on 53.030 with pl of 110.9 is under utilized.
and we are a long way form other major centres
I recently set up one of our club station radios for IRB remote operation.
In the process I installed an eqso link client so that I could monitor
signals received at the IRB
without actually logging on.
When idle our default frequency is 50.125 ssb
If one has eqso they can monitor what is being heard on 6 by going to
room VE6AO-IRB on the main server.
BTW
In the last couple of weeks I have made contacts into AK UT and WO via
our remote base.
6 grid squares and counting
