What I meant by keeping are cost down was that maybe it would be one
less reason to up are membership price. I am sure there will be many
others. Anyways

I will always remember my first QSL card in the mail. It was not that
long ago. About 2 years ago and it was a 6 meter contact. I am not a
big contact maker. Most of my contacts have to come from portable or a
mobile(that I only drive 1 time a week thanks to gas prices) however
thinking about the little amount of cards that I sent out, I know they
cant compare to what others send, and the price for a stamp keeps
climbing. I do enjoy going out to the mail box and getting cards in the
box. Some plain some very colorful. All have a spot on my wall.
Every contact I make I send out a card, however I do not have the money
to send SASE to get a return. I also EQSL and LOTW, and as much as I do
enjoy that card in the mail returning via EQSL or LOTW works for me.

$5.00 thats will soon almost be a tank of gas!!!!!
