As far as I know, K6STI stopped updating and supporting YO some years ago.
It's not available from him anymore. The story I heard was that he got good
and sick of people calling him up and demanding that he explain how to use
the program -- people who had obtained the program from a "friend" and who
never paid for it. (It cost $100 when I bought it from him.) Apocryphal or
not, that's the story. Don't really blame him.
