[SixClub] Minimum Reliable 6M Propagation?

What is the gathered wisdom of the Club members
as to the bottom-line reliable minimum 6M prop?

10 miles, 30 miles, 50 miles, ??

Let's assume a common 100 watt HF rig and simple
vertical or horizontal antennas at both ends
(base or mobile) - and I presume that the mode
matters as well:

     Anytime Miles Propagation?
---------------------------------
AM
FM
PSK
SSB

Now add 400 watts or more of power and at least
a 3 element beam at 30'.  Any significant change
