Try DLab's DXKeeper.  I is free, uploads automatically to LOTW and eQSL.  Excellent support and the other programs in the free suite are also excellent.

    Looks like a good basic logger. 
 
    I didn't see where it can export to eQSL or connect 
to a rig to automatically read the frequency and mode. 
Can it do either, please?
