To which I might add the phrase heard on many a railroad dispatch frequency: 
"Have a SAFE trip..!"

In other words, unless at home, be sure you have a designated driver or 
hotel room before celebrating..

In most larger cities, AAA has "Tipsy-Tow" service which will get one home 
within a short distance via a tow truck.. Many night clubs also may arrange 
cab or bus services to get those celebrating home..
