Heck, they climb into substations (over barbed wire) and even up electrical
poles trying to steal the copper!!! One idiot finally got burned up trying
to do that recently (won't be stealing any more, that's for sure!)

If you put up a copper element, paint it so they think it's plastic. They
won't want to touch it, then :)

 I would be scared to put copper that HIGH in the air they may CUT the TOWER

down to get the scrap !
