[SixClub] Question

I am working toward VUCC on a few bands.  I'll hopefully have 902 and  
1296 this weekend.  6m is a little more tricky as it depends on being  
on the air during some openings.

What do you mean 'to put the VUCC award on the same level as the DXCC  
award'?
