It cost about $1 to send my card overseas (now) and I usually enclose
$1-2 for return postage so it cost me now $2-3 for a DXCC qsl card, then
I wait for months or even years hoping to get a card. This new system
pays for itself with just two (2) DXCC contacts.
Please put the word out to your ham clubs.

In this you really send a QSL card that you make out.
In E-QSL you make QSL cards in the program and tacitly any one can make
up the card.
This is just saving on the postage as the card needs to be scanned
first.
