FS: Clegg Apollo Six amplifier.

I need a solid state 160-10M amplifier more than a
6M amp so I must sell my Clegg in order to afford
the HF amp.

I would consider a swap for the right amp, perhaps
add some cash to my Clegg.

The Apollo comes with two nearly-new 8236 tubes plus a
spare set of used ones. (As you are likely aware,
the 8236's sell for $75. - $90. each nos.)

I also have the original manual.

The Apollo has not been powered up for over a year and I
just noticed some cracks in the thick black rubber of the
AC cable, so it would be wise to replace the cable prior
to powering it up.

It has been in a clean climate controlled area and is in
good cosmetic condition with minor cosmetic imperfections:
light corrosion on the chrome around the lamps and
switches, a small scratch on the lower bezel, and couple
of other minor scuffs.  Amazingly clean for a heavy amp
with a white face, and considering the vintage.

I can send digitized pictures to interested buyers.

Asking $500., or reasonable offer, plus actual shipping
and insurance (no packing charges).
