Dear Jerry,

Congratulations on your successful bypasses.  I know you will live a long 
and fruitful life.  My business partner had four bypasses 17 years ago and 
is still going strong at 88; infact he keeps a pace that wears me down and I 
am only 55.

I know that you know that the membership of the club has been pulling for 
you all the way.   As my Dad used to say keep pluggin'.......
