Why not Rag Chew on 6M..?
With long waits between band openings, "Rag Chew Nets" could stir up
interest in each region of the country..
I know there is a 10 M rag chew net & several ham clubs in Houston
sponsor "rag chews" to keep interest in HF up..
On Wednesday, Brazos Valley Amateur Radio Club (BVARC) in Houston,
Tx. sponsors a rag chew on: 3910 Khz ( +/- 3 kHz) at 7 P.M. CDT every
Wednesday.. This often draws anywhere from 6 to several dozen
participants in a 500 mile of more radius of Houston, Tx., depending
upon band conditions..
