Would you settle for a busted 4-125?
I went out to the shop to check on the 6EV7s as I thought I might have some.
I spotted a big box of tubes I'd not looked at in some time. When I opened
it I spotted a 4-125 that matches the one in the 2-meter amp I'm building.
OK, I thought it matched it until I picked it up and noticed the plate
moving around. There are also some 4CX250s in there and apparently the box
had been dropped and the more solid tube won the match and busted the plate
cap right off the 4-125.
BTW I'm looking for a couple of the old GE VHF 2-meter, or there abouts,
amps with power supplies I can use for parts.
