Sorry I don't have the layout and the element dimensions.
I can tell you that it is TELREX model 6M-624 6EL OPT. SPACED. It Has 15 DB  
gain over 1-2 wave dipole.
F/B Ratio is 24 Db.  1/2 power beam with is 42 degrees.  2.29  Sq-Ft. wind 
area.  67 Lbs wind load at 100 MPH.   Boom length and  Diameter  24FT X 1.5 
Inches. Longest element length 10'-0"(Reflector).  Turning radius 12'-6".
Recommended support mast (dia,)  2" O.D.  Net weight 17  Lbs.
Going from left  to right: Reflector,  Driven element with  matching network, 
and 4 directors.
