NEVER a problem here. PayPal has always performed well
for me both on QTH and eBay. I guess it should be
said, know as much as you can before selling an item,
ask questions (communicate well with the buyer or the
seller) and have firm performance policies for
anything you sell (guarentees, return policies etc)
 Also, I should say, that as far as radio gear is
concerned I deal ONLY with Hams...no CALL, NO deal, NO
way.
