Account 'frozen' for 'security checks', no apparent reason for this - no 
change of address, new credit card, complaints.

Despite having faxed copies of driving license, utility bills, credit 
card details, they were still refusing to 'unfreeze' it.

That was over 5 years ago. Fortunately there was (is) only about USD 7 
in the account.
