[SixClub] 10M Appears OPEN - 6M As Well?

Out of habit I reached over and fired up the old Icom. Then I remembered
the cables are all snaked across the ground, (under the snow) and into the
shop where they are protected. The only antennas hooked up on the big tower
are the 160, 75, and 40 wire antennas along with the side mounted 144/440
duobander. BUT I have to go to the shop and I know the 6-meter antenna
works out there even if it is only a vertical, but it's nearly 60 feet up
which gives it a good shot at the horizon.

Admittedly it's 5 1/2 hours after the initial report, but who knows and I
needed another excuse to get out there and work. <:-)) I should be thinking
about working on those antennas as it's a veritable heat wave at 17 F.

Thanks for the heads up.
