Gentlemen, GENTLEMEN!

  This bickering is beginning to sound very much like the disfunctional =
"Amateur Radio Society" we're stuck with here in beautiful downtown =
Bolingbrook, IL.!  Because of their ongoing antics and infighting, no =
self-respecting Ham wants to belong to them.  So the same deadwood, with =
the exception of it's treasurer, maintains the status quo reflected in =
their p-poor membership numbers.  Do you want this group to get that =
bad?  I certainly hope not! =20

  Dave, Jerry did ask repeatedly for help to no availe.  I almost =
pitched in but my time and monetary situation wouldn't allow me.  Joey =
kindly stepped-up and took over the reins until a governing board could =
be established and is trying to improve every aspect for everyone's =
benefit!

  Perhaps a little less criticism and more constructive suggestion would =
help.
