[SixClub] Anyone running a Heathkit Seneca VHF-1?

That's the cup half empty, speaking of mothers, mine taught
be to view the world as opportunities - cup half full.

Taming a drifty VFO is a trivial matter these days, we've
learned a lot.

Specs:  Power input: 6 meters, 140 w CW, 120 watts phone (peak).

There is actually growing AM activity on 6M & 2M, at least there
is here in Florida.  The flboatanchors list on yahoogroups seems
to be the center of discussion about that.

I have a plate modulator for HF that I could tap into the VHF-1
if I really want to get crazy!

I never got to play with AM in years past so I am catching up
on the past!  :-)
