Still got one from the the 60's. Built it when I was a kid. With AM
drift is not a problem.
If you think you can use it for FM with an adapter, for get it. Two or
more people want a place to talk without scanners ears, AM is great. If
you got drift, they make crystals.
Runs a pair of 6146's, (not much power). Will never part with mine. I
never realized it had a drift prob.
