I'm not so sure as I'd go quite that far.  Caveman? Probably, but therapist?
How many sessions do you think it'd take them to analyze the test?
OTOH my "Physical Therapists" could all probably do it.  After all they did 
teach me how to walk again and now we're trying to get rid of the slight 
limp.
