Given how easy the upgrade from Tech to General now
is perhaps a 20M Net for 6M folks will be the final
incentive to upgrade.

Common guys, no code and no understanding required,
just highight the correct answers in the study book
and memorize them - then pass.

There is even a whole network of FREE test sites now.

 From what I read here there is no one on this list who
is unable to do this practically in their sleep - lots
of very bright folks here - go for it!

Now he carefully climbs down off his soapbox.
