   I wish the regulartory bodies would clean up the
mess too.
   But it has been been a staple on 20 meters for two
decades now, darn it may be "old enough to vote" and
they've done nothing.  I've given up hope.  
   Garbage like that is one reason I never got
interested in HF, and learned to enjoy 6 and above
weak signal.  I put up with hearing it so much when I
was an SWL tuning the ham bands. 
   I just hope no one decides to "set up shop" like
this on 6 meters when the sunspot cycle improves.
Could ruin a whole 6 meter season for everyone.
    6 has always been s civilized band, let's keep it
that way.
