Excellent!  Now if a few dozen other Hams do the same ...

I have not listened to HF lately - thought we were moving
and packed things up and pulled down all but one antenna -
deal fell though.  Sigh.

Riley has said that he needs the records of complaints from
Hams to support his efforts for enforcement.

Generally what happens is that the complaints will lead
him to monitor then he will send letters of warning.  If
the bad behavior does not cease then he sends letters of
enforcement.  If they still misbehave it gets really ugly -
big bucks in fines, attorney fees, license loss or suspension,
equipment seizure.

I wonder if the ARRL-affiliated OO's have sent any warnings,
that is also helpful in documenting the patterns of bad
conduct.
