This is yet another reason why TV stations & tall building owners 
"require" at the minimum a $ 2 MILLION liability policy before 
installation of ham repeaters on commercial towers & high rise 
buildings & then require ONLY approved & licensed personnel to 
perform maintenance duties.. (After all, someone has to service the 
flashing warning lights on commercial towers & office buildings, not 
to minimize the amount of RF present on towers & buildings with 
commercial repeaters for utility companies, municipal governments, 
etc., etc..).
