[SixClub] W5TFW injured in tower accident

We are all glad Joey escaped with his life.  The initial report said that he
"jumped clear" of the tower as it fell from 30 feet.  That sounds like he
was not secured to the tower with a belt and that he did not have temporary
guying on a 30 foot section of tower.

I have done tower work now for about 6 years.  Understanding the nuances of
this accident will do MUCH to ensure myself and others don't make
mistakes... IF any were actually made in Joey's case.  

Would someone please clarify the conditions of his fall?
