Unsettling comments from somebody who it appears has heard all this before
locally and has already formed a verbal strong-arm tactic in dealing with what
these "Experimenters" refer to as "Whiners, Complainers and Crybabies" about
their possible interference to long established Calling Frequencies.
There a reason this has gone unknown by the masses until now!
In Washington, most times when things start changing behind the proverbial
closed doors, Just remember those famous three words,
"Follow the Money"
