Hi Jerry and all-
 
I'm not sure what you are waiting to hear from me on.  I said I would  handle 
the basic incorporation process if you wanted to incorporate in  Georgia and 
had the necessary people to take over running the club, and  would furnish me 
with the names and addresses of the proposed Board of Directors  ( I'd be 
willing to be one) and officers, By-laws, etc., and the filing (to  the Secretrary 
of State) and publication (to the local  newspaper) fees.  That offer still 
stands, but if you have worked it  out in another way that is great.  I just 
would like to see the Club  survive and prosper, if there is enough support out 
there for it.
