  Hi Richard,

   I have heard that the USPS is collecting all the old ones that expire Dec 31. 
My USPS does not have the new ones in yet. They recemend you do not use the old 
ones as after the expiration date they will not be any good.

   Looks like you will have to wait until after the first of the year and then any 
PO should be able to get them for you.
