I think 1) Six Club Members 2) The board members should be active hams, 3) Volunteers or else nominations could go on for ever,
Find a volunteers for the List director, Contests director, web page and awards can be grouped together. 

I haven't heard from the present contest director, and he isn't answering my emails. The awards director could also make the certificates. Someone to collect and account dues and disperse expenses.

I will stay around to help and answer questions as long as it takes.

The web page is on Al's K3TKJ server, I have been making Donations of $140.00 each year to help him. I suggest looking into GODADDY.COM  for hosting.

I have somewhere near $20.00 in the bank that belongs to the club, I have a few club caps, and the Six Club Stamp or seal.
