I would also be willing to help out.
I am a retired USN Communicator, 1972-1992, and I have been a Ham since
1975. My interests are VHF and UHF antenna design and construcion and
propagation. When I was in the USN I also conducted training and have
written numerous communications training classes and technical papers.
