Well, I'll try again. I posted this over two hours ago and nothing has
turned up yet. Probably stuck at my ISP.

Joey, you are all heart<:-)) I really appreciate the thoughtful offer, but
my wife has put her foot down and said at my age I'm going to be confining
my tower climbing to my own. I used to do a lot of climbing around here, but
now I'm reaching "that point" it's really difficult to find some one...any
one... to help out up there. Which reminds me. I need to find a loos
tension gage and recheck the guy tension. Any one know a good source?
Tis true I do need the practice and more exercise and I do try.
Unfortunately the arthritis sometimes interferrs. What I really need is to
lose 20# or a little more. When I built the tower 5 or 6 years ago I
weighed 150 and I could (and did) stay up there all day. Now, when you
consider the full body harness, fall arrest gear, tag lines, and pole strap
weight 17# and I weigh well over 170 it's the same as if I would have been
carrying a 40 to 50# back pack every time I went up the tower 6 years ago.
Without the warm jacket, but with steel toed work boots and leather gloves I
tip the scales at roughtly 202# when I go up the tower. 205 to 210 when
dressed for cold weather.
