[SixClub] Help! World Wide Six Meter Club

How about incorporating the club & electing a board of directors to
administer all the functions that seem to be run by only a select few..

By incorporating as a non-profit educational corporation, we would
enjoy the possibility of raising funds & have the contributions being
"tax exempt."

I am not an expert in organizing, perhaps there are a few lawyers in
our midst who could take on the task of handling legal issues to incorporate.

I belong to a "grass roots" passenger rail advocacy organization
which had a nucleus of about 24 members in 1998, now we have closer
to 250 members & have a board consisting of about 8 members from all
corners of the map, with many members outside our geographic region
of Texas (See: www.txarp.org )..

I would be glad to take on "moderation" duties of the list, all it
would take is at least 6 others to perform various functions of a
corporate board of directors.
