I would like to ask Jerry N4AVM about operating from FM13. I've not been able 
to color in that grid on my map and so I started asking around and couldn't 
find anyone local who has worked it, so my question to you is, where'd be a 
good, i.e. ham friendly, place to set up along the coast in FM13? Anyplace 
special? Any other operating tips from your memory about this grid would be welcome.
