[SixClub] Stay out of 'The Window'

It doesn't go all the way to 50.125 as that is the national SSB calling 
frequency which makes it about the busiest spot in the band.  Last I heard 
the window was from 50.1 to 50.110 with 110 also being the DX calling 
frequency.
