Great stuff, thanks!  Saved to bookmarks.

Four years ago they successfully compressed the
video from FM-ATV 18MHz to DATV 6MHz all the way
down to DATV to 2MHz on 432, I wonder if there
has been any progress since then?

Clearly, as mentioned by others, even the smaller
2MHz bandwidth would be unacceptable on 6M, except
perhaps for a very local QRP link when the band is
not open!
