[SixClub] Arkansas Nuke Test Signal Alert

It came among the generic Public Safety freqs on the
Uniden BR330T as I recall.

There were a bunch of them in the low VHF range. I have
locked out most of them as I mostly get noise - probably
distant comms that break the squelch but not strong
enough to copy.
