YES I USED ONE DOWN ABOUT 3DB FROM A 1/4 WAVE
GROUNDPLANE. MFJ sells a 6 meter vertical and copper
sells a " SKYLAB " cb antenna which I cut down to 6
meters with very good results or you can build a
J-Pole they would work MUCH better that any dscone.
