I do believe it was a F2 opening 2 other ham was on the freq one could hear
the Japan side of the qso and he was in Central Tx and the other ham hear me
and was only 35 mile south of me with the same set up and I have. SO it was
one the wild ones to say the lease..

Wade: Pretty good. Have worked JA's up here with '502 and a Larson 5/8 2M
whip. I am not sure what is setting off these openings to your part of NA.
I believe it happens once in a while on F2, but E?????
