Paul,

The very best I could find is a construction of a pair of 4-125s for two
meters and a single 4-400 for six meters, if you like I could scan them and
email them to you.

I will see if I can come up with those issues.  Should be convertable
to six, I bet.

I have searched the ARRL site but have found nothing on the 4-65 at
all.  I'm afraid it is too old for electronic archive.  Just like me...
