[SixClub] RE FT 920 Info.

Hi All. Earl here in Prince George, B.C. VE7 Land. About 2 weeks ago or 
so now I posted that all was quiet here in Pr. George on 6m. and that  I 
did not have 6m right now as I sold my Icom 706m2 and had bought a nice 
used FT 920 and was waiting it's  arrival.
Some one in the 6m club replied to my email posting with this to say. He 
had a FT 920 and nice rig. the only thing was when start up it had to 
warm up for a bit before transmit. Indicated it had a trait like a tube 
radio on start.
Can you please email me again with any other information on the 920.
I have my 920 now and have noticed that the VFO "A" big center knob 
spins okay and is solid in position. The VFO "B" smaller knob on right 
also spins okay, buy it will move out of center about 1/4 , so you can 
turn it and move it around up to 12 / 3 / 6/ 9 O'clock . Like I say it 
turns / spins ok, but one can push it out of center starting by just 
holding the knob and move it up down around to 3 / 6/ 12 , any way and 
it will move out of center about 1/4 in.
Is this normal or it it loose on the inside with a lock type nut??.

I now have up graded to a very nice rig. I don't want to screw up any 
thing. Any body have any info.??
