FYI , many Cox customers are now .. through no choice of their own .. now
Suddenlink.net customers, and time has run out for them to change their IPs
.. .. .. so goes life. They must change their Cox email addresses to
Suddenlink .. or suffer the consequences. There WAS a giant time span for
those changed to react ..Suddenlink being a newly created IP. This is true
for me, here "Behind the Redwood Curtain" ... but the bright side, I whined
and met a nice person at their "fix-it central", and have the first .. I
think .. way fast connection in our area .. like, 8.4+ down, 1.6+ up ...
WHEEE! (Pay the big price for the premium, but is what I do since bands are
in the dipsty dumpster!) Anyway .. Just to let you know, Cox sold off some
of their IP biz ... 73, Happy New Year..
