[SixClub] comment on the morse testing

Interesting reading...

My comments, perhaps now that CW is not a requirement
for advancement in the Ham ranks (or a tool to weed
out those of us who have a hard time with CW...) CW
will be taught and learned for the fun of it rather
than as a hurdle to someone who otherwise wants to
advance...
