I understand from TV weather predictions that fog
conditions along the Texas Gulf Coast may materialize tonight too..

The fog was really thick in Houston this morning
& I heard reports that the Texas DPS frequencies
had extensive skip issues to the point the
dispatchers reported mobile units were being
covered by skip.. (This is in the VHF public service band just above 2 M..

Additionally a strong Channel 2 (
www.click2houston.com ) that I normally have no
problems receiving, had ghost signals, which
could indicate good 6M conditions in the EL29 grid..

Note: I will be on SSB 50.125 tonight about 9:30
P.M. +/- 15 minutes on mobile from Sugar Land, Tx.
